Returns
Caravan Press accepts returns of Whimsical Creations products for any reason within 10 days of delivery.
How to arrange a return
Email olga.cooperman@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order confirmation or order number and the item you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason.
We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Refunds
Within 10 business days after we receive the return, Caravan Press will refund the price paid for the returned product to the original payment method. The original shipping charge and return shipping costs are not refunded, except when the item was damaged or incorrect. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
